Scope of services
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before any work begins. Anything outside that scope is treated as a separate engagement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom code, designs, and content produced for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio.
Limitation of liability
Apion's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance for material work.
